Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 big bowl Idli batter

  • 1 carrot shredded

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped

Directions

    Take idli plate keep 1 t spoon carrot,few green peas,1 t spoon coriander leaves.now pour idli batter on it

  • 02

    Steam it for 10-15 minutes

  • 03

    Switch off the flame.after five minutes take it away turn the plate upside show it under tap water for few seconds

  • 04

    Then using a spoon remove idli from idli plates and serve hot with sambar
