Full cream milk 1 packet plus 2 tablespoons more to be mixed with cornflour
Cornflour 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
Gulukand 1 tablespoon
Green Cardamom pods 2-3
Fresh white bread crumbs 1 katori
Milkmaid 1/4 cup
Beetroot 2 (1/2 grated to put on top for decorating & 1/2 for making raw beetroot flower
Combine the milk, bread crumbs, condensed milk, sugar and elachi pods (remove cover, only the seed needed) in a deep microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 5 min stirring once in between after 2 min.
Add the cornflour paste and microwave on high for 2 minutes stirring once in between.
when the mixture is proper cooled, add gulukand to it, mix well.
Now add chopped almonds and grated beetroot on top, serve decorated with beetroot flower.
Method of making Raw Beetroot Flower:- Take 1 raw beetroot , cut round slices and give a slit in between.
Cut 1 small square piece also.
Using toothpick make flowers, first arrange square piece in back of toothpick.
Now make cone of every roundel, insert toothpick in it.
Nice flowers will be ready.
Arrange in the sweetdish, decorate and serve.
