Ingredients

Kabuli Chana – 1 cup ( boiled)
Onions – 2 ( finely chopped)
Tomatoes – 2 Medium ( grated)
Ginger garlic chilli paste – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
Cloves - 2
Cardamom – 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Termeric powder – 1 tbsp
Chhole garama masala – 1 tbsp
My own creation of secret Garama Masala – 1 tbsp
Anardana – 1 tsp
Ghee + butter - 3 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriender leaves fresh - 4 tbsp
Refined flour - 1 cup
Boiled Potato – 1 ( mashed)
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Curd – 1 small cup
Directions
Heat a pan and add butter and ghee and add cumin seeds and ginger garlic chilli paste and chopped onion and saute till onion becomes transparent now add lil bit water and add all masala ( Turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, anardana , chhole garam masala n my secret garam masala ;) ) and mix properly and quicky add grated tomatoes and mix properly saute for 5 mins with low flame . n finally add boiled chhola in it and mix n cover the lid and cook for 10 min in low flame n last add cholled fresh coriander leaves. N now our spicy dry chhole is ready . Now we make Kulcha – Take Refined flour and add salt n mashed boiled potato and ghee n mix properly and add curd and make dough. Keep this dough for ½ hour and make bigger size thick 2 rotis from it. (equal size). How to Assemble – Take a roti n put stuffing on it and put another roti on it. now give small cuts on the edges and fold it like a flower. Give milk wash n Bake for 20 to 30 mins approx..at 180 degrees Celsius on a preheated oven. N taaaaaaaaaaddaaaaaaaaaa our beautiful flower shaped CHHOLA KULCHA is ready to serve.
