Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kg boneless fish


  • 2 t spoon mustard paste


  • 1 spoon or salt as needed


  • 1/4 t spoon Turmeric powder


  • 1 t spoon pepper powder


  • 1 egg


  • 1 lemon


  • 1/2 cup maida mixed with water and salt


  • 1 cup Bread crumbs


  • 3 spoon oil

Directions

  • First marinate fish with salt pepper and.lemon juice for five minutes
  • In a bowl add egg and beat nicely,add Turmeric powder,mustard paste,and add the marinated fish
  • Now dip the fish n maida and coat with bread crumps
  • Keep a pan pour oil and place the fish and fry it till it turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot with mayonnaise
  • Note: mustard paste is very important ingredient when making fish fingers
