Ingredients
Serves 4
1/2 kg boneless fish
2 t spoon mustard paste
1 spoon or salt as needed
1/4 t spoon Turmeric powder
1 t spoon pepper powder
1 egg
1 lemon
1/2 cup maida mixed with water and salt
1 cup Bread crumbs
3 spoon oil
Directions
First marinate fish with salt pepper and.lemon juice for five minutes
In a bowl add egg and beat nicely,add Turmeric powder,mustard paste,and add the marinated fish
Now dip the fish n maida and coat with bread crumps
Keep a pan pour oil and place the fish and fry it till it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with mayonnaise
Note: mustard paste is very important ingredient when making fish fingers
