Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 potato

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1 big carrot

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 2 spoon garam masal

  • 1/4 cup maida mixed with water and salt

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 3 spoon oil

Directions

    Boil potato carrot and green peas

  • 02

    Smash all the vegetables and add salt and garam masal powder

  • 03

    Take small amount of mixed potato and.flatten it and dip in maida and.coat with bread crumbs

  • 04

    Keep a pan pour oil once oil is hot place the cutlet and cook both the sides till it turns golden brown

  • 05

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
