Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 2 spoon oil

  • 6 -7 shallots

  • 5-6 garlic pieces

  • 1/4 t spoon Turmeric powder

  • 1 spoon chilli powder

  • 1/4 t spoon each clove, cinnamon cardamom powder

  • 1 spoon snauf

  • 2 spoon curry leaves

  • 4 spoon coriander leaves

  • 1 spoon or salt.as needed

  • 3 eggs

Directions

  • 01

    Keep a pan add oil add snauf, curry leaves and shallots and saute well

  • 02

    Add garlic add Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, cardamom clove cinnamon powder and salt

  • 03

    Add coconut milk and keep it in low flame and stir now and then to avoid coconut milk gets curdled
