1/2 kg fish
1/4 t spoon Turmeric powder
2 t spoon jeera powder
2 t spoon pepper powder
1 spoon or salt as needed 1 spoon oil 1 spoon garam masal
Directions
Marinate the fish with all the ingredients
Wash the leaf and show it low flame for few seconds to make it soft so that while folding banana leaf it won't tear
Now place 3 piece of fish in banana leaf and fold it and tie it with a thread
Now steam it like we prepare idli for twenty minutes
Serve hot
