Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup sabudanana


  • 1 boild potato cut into cubes


  • 2-3 green chillis finelly chopped


  • 2 tablespoon ghee


  • 1/2 cup penut rosted


  • 2 tablespoon green coriender chopped


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 3 tablespoon greadet coconut

Directions

  • Soak and drain sabudana and keep covered overnight (it puffs up the next day).Mix peanut mill, and salt with sabudana.In a microwave-safe bowl mix ghee, cut potatoes, cumin seeds and chillies.Microwave for 3 minutes on high setting.Put in sabudana mix. Mix well.
  • Microwave for 3 more minutes.Remove from microwave garnish with coriander and coconut and serve hot.
