Clean and trim off any chicken fat or skin. Wash under running water and drain thoroughly. Pat dry with paper napkins.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, Sriracha sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, dried cilantro, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Marinate the chicken in the dressing for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the chicken tenders on to the wooden skewers. Place them on a microwave safe glass dish or plate.
Microwave at high power for 3 minutes initially. Turn over the skewers and microwave further for 4 minutes. Check to see if chicken is tender. If not, microwave further for a minute or more.
Serve with Sriracha sauce or use them in wraps.
