Ingredients
Serves 4
Bread 7 slices
Cheese 6 cubes (Amul Processed Cheese)
Mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
Capsicum 1 big (chopped)
Tomatoes 2 big (chopped)
Potato 1 big (boiled & grated)
Paneer 250gm
Onion 2 big (chopped)
Green chillie 2 (chopped)
Coriander leaves chopped 1/2cup
Tomato sauce 4 tablespoon
Chillie flakes, Oregano as required( 1/4 teaspoon each)
Salt to taste(1/4 teaspoon)
Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chillie powder 1/4 teaspoon
Refined oil 3 tablespoon
Directions
Heat oil in a pan
Add onion, green chillies both & for a minute
Then add capsicum, tomatoes & coriander leaves all together
Cook for a while on slow heat
Now add grated paneer & grated boiled potato, mix well
Add spices along with salt, toss it nicely & keep aside
Mixture is ready
With the help of rolling pin roll all bread slices as thin as u can
Now arrange in a baking tray firstly spread mixture,then on that place all rolled slices,spread cheese on top,at the same time put mayo/tomato sauce mixture a spoonful on top, arrange second layer of bread sheets
Repeat the process for one more time
Sprinkle chilli flakes & oregano on top
Preheat oven at 200 degree for 10min
When it beeps, open the door, place the baking tray inside and set 15minutes at same 200degree convection mode
Serve hot
