Wash and scrub potato thoroughly.
Cut off the end a bit. With a help of mandolin, slice the potato thinly.
Combine all the remaining ingredients together and rub them well with the potato slices.
Cut an oven proof parchment paper to the size of the glass plate of the microwave.
Arrange the potato slices on the parchment paper without overcrowding it.
Microwave them for 6-7 minutes. Flip them halfway through the time (approximately 3 minutes). If they are still underdone, microwave again for 30 seconds spurts.
Remove the parchment paper from the microwave. Transfer the chips to another paper or plate. Toss them round a bit so they cool faster.
For added flavor, sprinkle little of paprika and steak seasoning over the chips and mix well.
Serve with salsa or any condiments of your choice.
