Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 large potato


  • 2 tsp olive oil


  • 1 tsp steak seasoning


  • 1/2 tsp paprika


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Directions

  • Wash and scrub potato thoroughly.
  • Cut off the end a bit. With a help of mandolin, slice the potato thinly.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients together and rub them well with the potato slices.
  • Cut an oven proof parchment paper to the size of the glass plate of the microwave.
  • Arrange the potato slices on the parchment paper without overcrowding it.
  • Microwave them for 6-7 minutes. Flip them halfway through the time (approximately 3 minutes). If they are still underdone, microwave again for 30 seconds spurts.
  • Remove the parchment paper from the microwave. Transfer the chips to another paper or plate. Toss them round a bit so they cool faster.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle little of paprika and steak seasoning over the chips and mix well.
  • Serve with salsa or any condiments of your choice.
