Grind biscuits to fine powder
Mix milk in batches to form a dosa batter consistency batter.
Grease mould, add Eno to batter and a quick stir.
Pour in mould and microwave for 7min at high.
Check with toothpick, if not done microwave for another 2mins.
Demould the Brownie, cut in slices and spread whipped cream. Sandwich with another slice of brownie and refrigerate for 10-15mins.
Garnish with sprinklers and chocolate sauce. and serve chilled.
