Cut brinjals into 4 pieces.
Microwave brinjal covered with water for 15 minutes, stand 5 minutes.
Cool, peel and mash it or chop it very fine with the water.
Now in another bowl put ghee add all the ingredients upto green chillies and microwave for 3 minutes.
Now add brinjal, salt and 1/2 cup water, microwave for 15 min, stir in between.
let stand till ready.
Now lastly add salt, sugar n beaten yogurt to it and microwave for 3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander/dhaniya leaves... serve hot.
