4tablespoon cornflour - dissolved in 1/4 cup water
kashmiri red mirch powder 1/4teaspoon
chicken Masala powder 1/4teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1/4teaspoon
Salt to taste(approximately 1/2teaspoon)
Directions
For stock, microwave covered 4 cups water with chicken and salt in a deep micro proof bowl for 10minutes. Pick up chicken pieces. Strain the stock through a fine strainer to get a clear stock. Remove bones from the chicken and stock aside
In the same bowl put 1tablespoon oil. Add red chilli paste and garlic. Microwave covered for 1/2minute. Add stock and all other ingredients except cornflour paste. Microwave covered for 6minutes
Add cornflour paste & chicken. Microwave covered for 3minutes or till it boils. Stir once in between.
