  • Whole wheat flour-1 cup

  • Chick peas flour-1/2cup

  • Jaggery powder-1/2cup

  • Ghee-1/4 cup

  • Milk-1/4cup or as required

  • Unsweetened coco powder-2 tbsp

  • Baking powder-1/2tsp

  • Chopped almonds-2tbsp

    In a bowl sieve the whole wheat flour,Chick pea flour,coco powder and Baking powder.

    In another bowl take powderd jaggery and add ghee to it.add this jaggery ghee mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and rub until it appear like bread crumbs.

    Add chopped almonds andmilk little by little as required and make a dough. Do not knead just gather the flour together.

    Meanwhile pre heat the microwave oven.

    Grease the microwave safe plate and dust with wheat flour.

    Pinch of equal sized portion of the dough. Roll each portion between the palm and them flatten slightly.

    Arrange the nan khatais on the greased plate such that they do not touch each other. Keep enough space between them as they spread out while baking.

    Carefully place the plate of nan khatais in pre heated oven. Cook this for about 15-20 minutes.

    Allow the nan khatais to cool down. Mini chocolate nan khatais is ready to eat. Keep it in air tight container.
