Baked - Cauliflower Fritters

Ingredients

1 medium sized cauliflower (grated)
3/4 cup gram flour
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 onion (length wise cut)
2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp of oil (for greasing and spray)
Directions
Grate cauliflower in a mixing bowl and also add all ingredients and mix well .add required water to make medium thick batter.
Grease a nonstick microwave tawa..And place 2 tbsp of batter and gently flatten them a little. (place 3 or 4 at a time) Spray little oil.
Bake for 8 to 10 min..In preheated microwave on combo mode.
Flip and again keep in microwave for 4 to 5 min.(Micro baking combo mode)
