Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kg chicken


  • 1 spoon salt or as needed


  • 2 t spoon chilli powder


  • 1/4 t spoon Turmeric powder


  • 2 t spoon ginger and garlic paste


  • 3 spoon curd


  • 3 spoon oil


  • 2 spoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with curd , salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder and ginger garlic paste
  • Let it marinate for 30 minutes
  • In a pan add 3 spoon oil and add the marinated chicken pieces and keep in low flame
  • Now and then turn it and close it with a lid
  • Once it's cooked well heat a charcoal place it on a small bowl and keep it inside the chicken pan and pour I t spoon oil and close it immediately
  • Leave it for 3 minutes and switch off the flame.
  • Open after 5 minutes and squeeze lemon and serve hot
