Grind mint ,green chilli and ginger garlic paste
In a bowl add chicken pieces and add the grinded paste
Then add salt and Turmeric powder and oil and let it marinate for 30 minutes
Take a stick place onion piece next insert capsicum next chicken piece repeat this till the end
Keep a pan and place the chicken and keep it in a very low flame
Now and then turn..
Once it's cooked nicely add 1 t spoon sugar .
Heat the charcoal and place it in a small bowl and keep it inside the pan add 1 t spoon oil and cover it immediately
