Grease and flour a 7' cake tin.
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Grind the oats to a powder in a mixer.
Combine the powdered oats, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl.
Add the powdered jaggery and mix well.
Pour the yogurt and mix.
Pour the milk and mix well.
Pour the oil and mix well.(if u want to use... i didn't use it)
Pour the batter in the prepared cake tin.
sprinkle Chopped walnuts on top.
Bake at 180c for 30-35 minutes till the cake is done.
You will know whether it's done or not when you insert a skewer in the center of the cake and it comes out clean.
Cool the cake.
You can invert it on a plate and then slice it into pieces.
I directly cut them into squares from the cake tin and served them.
