First make a dough out of maida yeast lukewarm water and little sugar.
Then make the stuffing using potatoes onions chillies and all the masalas
Stuff the masala give the dough the shape of a potli. Brush little oil on the top and bake it for 20mins at 180 degrees
Your potli baked samosa is done
Decorate the samosa with olives and grated cheese
