Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Maida - 1/2 kg

  • 1tsp salt

  • 200gm chopped onion and chillies

  • 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

  • 1tsp garam masala

  • 1/2tsp curry powder

  • 1 yeast

  • 1tsp sugar

  • 1/2 cup olives and grated cheese

  • 1tsp cooking oil both for masala and brushing

Directions

    First make a dough out of maida yeast lukewarm water and little sugar.

  • 02

    Then make the stuffing using potatoes onions chillies and all the masalas

  • 03

    Stuff the masala give the dough the shape of a potli. Brush little oil on the top and bake it for 20mins at 180 degrees

  • 04

    Your potli baked samosa is done

  • 05

    Decorate the samosa with olives and grated cheese
