Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup fresh grated coconut

  • 3/4 cup roasted plain oats

  • 3/4 cup powdered organic jaggery

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp Chopped badams and cashews

Directions

    In a m/w safe container add the jaggery, oats and coconut and microwave for 2 mins.

  • 02

    Take out mix the ingredients well ,add the nuts and cardamom powder;mix it and microwave for 1 min.

  • 03

    Let the mixture cool for a few mins. Grease your palm with coconut oil and make nice ladoos using the mixture .

  • 04

    You can refrigerate and have it chilled or consume immediately when it is slightly warm .
