Whisk egg in microwave safe mug
Add chocolate spread and flour. Whisk well until well combined
Microwave for 1 min 30 sec to 2 min depending on microwave capacity. Do not over cook. Keep an eye after 1 min 30 seconds
Let it stand in microwave for 2 minutes. Do not take it out immediately
Allow it to cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream or chocolate sauce. Serve
