Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For dough:- 1) 250gm Maida

  • 2) 100 gm pattice ghee (specially used for pattice,easily available in market)

  • 3) Salt 1/4teaspoon

  • 4) Oil few spoons just for moyan

  • For Stuffing:- 3 Amul Processed cheese cubes (can make with fresh cottage cheese also, choice is yours)

    Mix maida,salt and oil together

  • 02

    Make a soft dough using water

  • 03

    Cover it with a dry cloth no need to wet the cloth

    Keep it for 5-10min aside

    Now see the steps of how to proceed further, by making the sheet square and applying the pattice ghee all over & then folding it in proper manner

    Firstly fold the first half

    Then turn the second half

    Then from top

    Then from downwards

    Repeat the steps, same 2 times more(from kneading till folding)

    Then cut the sides and make a proper rectangle shape

    From that rectangle, cut equally in square shape, stuff it with grated Amul Processed cheese and give a turn

    Make all like this

    Preheat the convention mode at 200degree for 10min when it beeps,open the door,place the tray inside and set 20minutes
