Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 750ml non-dairy milk

  • 450g plain flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 60ml olive oil

  • 1/16 tsp salt (equiv to a pinch)

Directions

    Measure out ingredients into a mixing bowl.

  • 02

    Whisk together until smooth and without lumps.

  • 03

    Transfer to a jug.

  • 04

    Heat a frying pan on high with a little oil.

  • 05

    Reduce to medium heat and pour out some of the mixture slowly onto the pan.

  • 06

    Cook both sides for up to 2 minutes.

  • 07

    Add preferred topping, such as sugar, lemon, syrup etc.
