1/2kg boneless bhetki fish fillet
4 spoons Mustard paste
2 spoons dhaniya paste
Salt to taste , pinch of turmeric, juice of 1/2 lemon
2 large banana leaves
2tsp of mustard oil
4 green chilies
Make/ cut square biscuit like 8pieces of the bhetki fillet nd marinade with salt nd lemon juice . Keep aside for 1/2 hr.
Prepare dhaniya paste with :salt , a clove of garlic nd green chili. Keep aside
Prepare mustard paste with: mustard, green chili , salt nd mustard oil
Cut the banana leaves in square pieces so that it can wrap the fish fillets inside as shown in the picture . Wash the banana leaves peice nd warm it in low flame so that they become soft to be wrapped easily as shown in the picture
Now marinade the fish with the mustard paste .
Over a piece of banana leaf place a marinated bhekti fish nd spread some dhaniya chatni on it. Place another peice if marinate bhetki over it in sandwich formation. Place a peice of green chili
Now wrap the whole nd tie up with thread. place them over nd baking tray.
Bake for 20min @ 100° temperature. Serve hot with rice paratha
