Wash and cut head and tail of lady finger, cut into 2-3 pieces, remove stems, wash and chop green chillies, peel, wash and chop ginger, wash and chop onion thinly. crush fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds lightly.
Place oil, crushed fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander powder in a deep microwave casserole. Mix well. Cook on microwave high (100%) for 2 minutes.
Mix well with a serving spoon.
Keep inside the microwave
Press the button microwave high
Set 2 minutes
Then it will reduce automatically after setting the temp.
This way.
And will come to end.
Open the door and check.
Take it out.
Mix in the lady fingers, dry mango powder, red chilli powder and salt. Cook, covered, on microwave high(100%) for 6 minutes.
Place inside the microwave.
Cover it this way, for the vent to release.
Give a stir, now cover it all over nicely using plate or lid.
Set the temperature 6minutes.
When it beeps, check it, Stir and cook further, uncovered, on microwave high(100%) for 1 minute.
Set 1 minute
Finally when it beeps, the microwave button will show end written above.
Take out and Serve immediately, with roti, parantha, anything of ur choice.
Spicy Bhindi is ready to serve.
Serve hot.
