Steam potatoes for 20min
Sauté finely chopped grean beans for 10min in olive oil
Add chopped mushrooms straight after
Add green onions in the last 2min
Add ingredients in a large glass bowl
Preheat oven at 180°C
Roll puff pastry over ingredients and brush egg over the pastry
Bake for 30min or until the crust is golden brown
