  • 1 kg Chicken boneless (slices) 1 n half tsp Salt 1 tsp Chilli flakes 2 tbsp Yogurt 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Garlic paste 1/4 tsp Black pepper (pounded) 1 tbsp Rosemary (chopped) 1 tbsp Parsely (chopped) Coating: 1 cup All purpose flour (maida) 1 cup Cornflour 1 n half tsp Baking powder Little Salt 1/4 tsp White pepper Batter: 2 Eggs 1/2 cup Cold Milk 1/2 cup Cold Water (or more) 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Baking powder 2 tbsp Cornflour 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp Mustard Sauce Bun: 3 cups (@250gms) All Purpose Flour (maida) 2 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Oil

    Mix all ingredients well except chicken slices. Apply marinate on slices. Let marinate for three hours or more Coating: Mix all well and keep aside Batter: In a bowl beat eggs, add water and milk whisk it then add the rest and whisk to thick batter. Coat chicken slice in batter then flour mixture and keep on a tray. Do same for all, can freeze for an hour to make it firm. Deep fry slices on medium flame till golden brown color. Bun: Mix dry ingredients well add oil and butter and mix it too. Bind to soft dough using warm water. Then keep in a big bowl and cover with cling film. Let it fully rise punch back and mould in buns and keep on greased tray, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame. Let it rise then bake in oven on 200°C till top browned up. How to lay Burger: Cut bun in half horizontally. Apply mayonaise on both halves. Keep a Iceberg (Lettuce) leaf on lower half. Can use tomato slice, tomato ketchup and chilli sauce (if you like) then keep fried chicken slice and top up with cheddar cheese slice. Cover with the other half
