Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Urad dal 1 cup

  • Green moong dal 1/2 cup

  • Oats powdered 1/4th cup

  • Curd 3 cups

  • Jeera powder 2tsp

  • Red chilly powder 2tsp

  • Curry leaves 1

  • Grated ginger 2tsp

  • Baking powder 2tsp

  • Hing 1tsp

Directions

    Soak green moong dal and urad dal overnight.

  • 02

    Morning grind it to smooth paste using very less amount of water.

    Keep it aside and let it ferment for 5-6 hours.

    Add powdered oats, grated ginger, hing, curry leaves and baking powder. Mix it well.

    Fry them nice golden. Soak in water for 5 mins.

  • 06

    In a bowl add curd, jeera powder, grated ginger and chilly powder.

    Mix it well and add the vadas to it.

    Yummy oats dahi vada is ready. Enjoy..
