Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 8 bread slices

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 boiled peas

  • 2 chopped onion

  • 2 chopped tomatoes

  • 15-16 cucumber slices

  • 15-16 tomato slices

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup boiled oats in water with pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp red chili powder

  • 3/4 tbsp salt

Directions

    first take the boil potatoes along with the boiled Peas and mix it with boiled oats mixture

  • 02

    now to add the red chilli powder and salt in this

  • 03

    Make a proper dough of it. We can use water if required.

    Now to divide this in 4 same pieces and to shape in round & press with palm

  • 05

    Now to shallow fry the tikkis on tawa adding cooking oil

  • 06

    Wait tikkis for cool down. Now take bread slices and put butter on both sides.

    Keep the tikki and cucumber & tomato slices between 2 bread slices. And cook in sandwich maker

    Crunchy & tasty oats tikki sandwiches are ready
