Ingredients

  • Butter or oil 1/2cup


  • 1 cup oats


  • 1cups flour


  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt


  • 1tsp baking powder


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 1 /2cup finely diced mango


  • For top sauce


  • 1/2cup mango puree


  • Sugar 2tbsp


  • 2tsp cornflour

Directions

  • Place oats in dry skillet, and toast until light brown. Grind Oats
  • Sift flour with cinnamon, baking soda baking powder and salt. Mix sugar Fold in vanilla, oats powder Fold in flour mixture.
  • Add diced mango into it.
  • Transfer batter to pan, place in oven and bake for 7 minutes in microwave or until cake tester comes out clean Remove from oven.
  • Topsauce
  • Dissolve corn flour in 4tbsp water. Heat pan add add mango puree and cornlour. Stire continually when sauce become some glossy
