Take a kadhai, add the fresh mango puree and add sugar.
now stir it for a minute,
now add Khoya, paneer, Oats, chopped nuts, 1tsp ghee, elaichi powder, and stir it until it becomes a thick paste.
Now take a steel plate and grease the plate with 1 tsp ghee and slowly pour the thick paste. Grease again with 1 tsp ghee and with the help of spatula, flatten the paste evenly. keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then cut it into square pieces
