Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Oats powder 1 cup

  • Wheat flour 1 cup

  • Hot water 1 1/2cup

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Oil 1tsp

Directions

    Take oats dry roast in a pan and grind it to smooth powder.

    Mix oats powder and wheat flour and salt.

  • 03

    Boil water and add it to the flour. Keep it for 5 to 10 mins

  • 04

    Knead well still it is smooth. Add oil and again knead and keep it for 5 mins.

  • 05

    Make rounds from the flour and roll it into chapati.

  • 06

    Heat a pan add the chapati and in medium flame cook it.

  • 07

    Using a chimta puff the phulkas.
