  • 1 sliced banana

  • 1/4 cups Garnola

  • 1/2 cup cooked oats

  • 1/2 cup flavored or plain yogurt

  • pecans 3-4

Directions

    Take all the ingredients in a bowl .

    Add in yogurt and lightly stir once to mix ( optional).
