oats churned to powder 1 cups
boiled moong daal 1 cups
Salt to taste 1 tsp
red chilli to taste 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 nos
cilantro strings chopped finely 3-4 nos
Mix all the ingredients together and form a soft dough.
taking 2 tbsp dough in palm make tikkis.
Do same with dough and heat oil in a wok.
Deep fry these tikkis on medium to low flame.
Serve hot with baby spinach and choice of sauces.
