Ingredients

Serves 10

  • oats churned to powder 1 cups

  • boiled moong daal 1 cups

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • red chilli to taste 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1/2 nos

  • cilantro strings chopped finely 3-4 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Mix all the ingredients together and form a soft dough.

  • 02

    taking 2 tbsp dough in palm make tikkis.

  • 03

    Do same with dough and heat oil in a wok.

  • 04

    Deep fry these tikkis on medium to low flame.

  • 05

    Serve hot with baby spinach and choice of sauces.
