Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cups oats churned to powder


  • 1 cups boiled moong daal


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli to taste


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 nos lemon juice


  • 3-4 nos cilantro strings chopped finely

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and form a soft dough.
  • taking 2 tbsp dough in palm make tikkis.
  • Do same with dough and heat oil in a wok.
  • Deep fry these tikkis on medium to low flame.
  • Serve hot with baby spinach and choice of sauces.
