Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats churned to powder

  • 1 cup boiled moong daal

  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste

  • red chilli to taste or 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon

  • cilantro 3-4 strings chopped finely

Directions

  • 01

    Mix all the ingredients together and form a soft dough.

  • 02

    taking 2 tbsp dough in palm make tikkis.

  • 03

    Do same with dough and heat oil in a wok.

  • 04

    Deep fry these tikkis on medium to low flame.

  • 05

    Serve hot with baby spinach and choice of sauces.
