1 cups oats churned to powder
1 cups boiled moong daal
1 tsp salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli to taste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 nos lemon juice
3-4 nos cilantro strings chopped finely
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and form a soft dough.
taking 2 tbsp dough in palm make tikkis.
Do same with dough and heat oil in a wok.
Deep fry these tikkis on medium to low flame.
Serve hot with baby spinach and choice of sauces.
