1 cup oats churned to powder
1 cup boiled moong daal
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
red chilli to taste or 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
cilantro 3-4 strings chopped finely
Mix all the ingredients together and form a soft dough.
taking 2 tbsp dough in palm make tikkis.
Do same with dough and heat oil in a wok.
Deep fry these tikkis on medium to low flame.
Serve hot with baby spinach and choice of sauces.
