oats ko 5 min pani mein bhigo denge , fir channi mein rakh denge
ek kadhai mein oil garam karenge , usmein tejpatta ,jeera , hari mirch aur onion bareek kaat kar fry karenge
fir haldi , lal mirch aur namak daalenge
ab oats aur matar daalkar 2 min ke liye dhakenge
ab garam masala aur hara dhaniya daalkar nikaal lenge
oats matar bherji taiyar.
