Sprouts 1/2 cup
Gram flour 3 tablespoon
Oats 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper according to taste
Roasted Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Onion minced 1 tablespoon
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Oil for greasing
Carrot grated 1/2 tablespoon
First wash oats and soak in water for 5 minutes
Now add everything in a grinder jar except gramflour, spices and onion.
Now in a bowl add coarsely grind mixture . Add rest ingredients and add little water to make semi- liquid batter of pouring consistency.
Now grease a non stick tawa and pour ladleful mixture. Roast till golden on both sides.
Serve power-packed chila hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
