Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Oats 1 cup


  • Milk 500 gram


  • Chopped dry fruits ( raisins, pistachios, almonds, cashew nuts) 3 tablespoon


  • Saffron strands 1 pinch


  • Sugar 4 to 5 tablespoon

Directions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan.
  • Add 3 tablespoon chopped dry fruits ( cashew nuts, raisins, pistachios, and almonds) and saute them for 30 seconds.
  • Now add 1 cup oats in it.
  • Roast for 2 minutes.
  • On other side take 1 cup milk and add 1 pinch of saffron strands to this.
  • Now add remaining milk to roasted oats.
  • Continuously stirring.
  • After that add 4 to 5 tablespoon sugar in it.
  • Add milk with saffron strands.
  • Cook it properly.
  • Serve oats kheer with some dry fruits.
