Oats 1 cup
Milk 500 gram
Chopped dry fruits ( raisins, pistachios, almonds, cashew nuts) 3 tablespoon
Saffron strands 1 pinch
Sugar 4 to 5 tablespoon
Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan.
Add 3 tablespoon chopped dry fruits ( cashew nuts, raisins, pistachios, and almonds) and saute them for 30 seconds.
Now add 1 cup oats in it.
Roast for 2 minutes.
On other side take 1 cup milk and add 1 pinch of saffron strands to this.
Now add remaining milk to roasted oats.
After that add 4 to 5 tablespoon sugar in it.
Add milk with saffron strands.
Cook it properly.
Serve oats kheer with some dry fruits.
