Take 1 cup oats in a blender to make powder.
Now take a bowl and add powdered oats, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, salt as per taste and 2 teaspoon cocoa powder.
Add 3/4 cup milk and 2 tablespoon sugar.
Whisk everything very well.
Now grease a pan and heat.
Pour a ladle full of batter and cook it properly.
Then flip the other side and cook again.
Make other Pancake by same process.
Serve oats cocoa pancake.
