Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan.
Add 1 chopped tomato and saute them until they becomes soft.
Now add 1 cup oats and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Stirring for 2 minutes.
Now add water as required.
Add salt as per taste.
Cook it for 6 to 8 minutes.
Then spread 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves.
Serve tomato oats.
