Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup oats


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp black ‌mustard


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Roast oats and make powder.
  • Add gramflour, curd, salt and oats powder. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Grease a pan and pour the batter in it. Steam it for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes cut in to pieces.
  • Now heat oil in a tadka pan and crackers the black ‌mustard
  • Pour the tadka on dhokla and serve.
