1 cup oats
1 cup gram flour
1 cup curd
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp black mustard
1 tbsp oil
Roast oats and make powder.
Add gramflour, curd, salt and oats powder. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
Grease a pan and pour the batter in it. Steam it for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes cut in to pieces.
Now heat oil in a tadka pan and crackers the black mustard
Pour the tadka on dhokla and serve.
