Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup gram flour

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp black ‌mustard

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Roast oats and make powder.

  • 02

    Add gramflour, curd, salt and oats powder. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.

  • 03

    Grease a pan and pour the batter in it. Steam it for 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes cut in to pieces.

  • 05

    Now heat oil in a tadka pan and crackers the black ‌mustard

  • 06

    Pour the tadka on dhokla and serve.
