Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Onion minced 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger-Garlic paste 1teaspoon

  • Finely chopped mix vegetables ( carrot,beans,capsicum) 2 tablespoon

  • Oats 1/2 cup

  • Moong Dal 1/2 cup

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander leaves 1/2 tablespoon

  • Roasted Mix dry fruits(Coconut slices, kishmish,cashewnuts, almonds) 1 tablespoon

  • Salt and pepper according to taste

  • Pure ghee 1/2 tablespoon

  • Water 2 cups

Directions

    Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds. Now saute ginger-garlic paste.

    Add onions and saute till transparent.

    Now add vegetables with oats and moong dal.

  • 04

    Add water with spices and cook on low flame till all water absorbs.

  • 05

    Now garnish with dry fruits and serve hot immediately.
