Onion minced 1 tablespoon
Ginger-Garlic paste 1teaspoon
Finely chopped mix vegetables ( carrot,beans,capsicum) 2 tablespoon
Oats 1/2 cup
Moong Dal 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1/2 tablespoon
Roasted Mix dry fruits(Coconut slices, kishmish,cashewnuts, almonds) 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper according to taste
Pure ghee 1/2 tablespoon
Water 2 cups
Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds. Now saute ginger-garlic paste.
Add onions and saute till transparent.
Now add vegetables with oats and moong dal.
Add water with spices and cook on low flame till all water absorbs.
Now garnish with dry fruits and serve hot immediately.
