Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1/3 cup poha

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon chana daal / bengal gram

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1 spoon kasuri methi

Directions

  • 01

    First roast the oats then soak both poha and oats for ten mins. Take oil in a pan add mustard seeds chanadhal and green chilli, let it splutter then add onions to it. Cook well.

  • 02

    Then add soaked poha and oats to the cooked onions mix well squeeze lime. Add kasuri methi mix well and serve.
