  • 1 cup oats (instant)

  • 2 tablespoon rawa

  • 1 packet eno

  • 2 tablespoon curds

  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice

  • 2 teaspoon oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon Chanadhal

  • 1 Pinch hing


  • First make a powder of oats and suji together. Mix in curds water as required and salt to taste
  • Now, add the tadka of mustard seeds urad dhal and Chanadhal with hing and mix well. Grease the idli plate well then only add the eno to the batter and immediately spread it on the idli plate and steam it for 15. Mins. Do not rest the batter after adding eno. Idli will not be soft then.
