Baked Beetroot Oatmeal Kabab.

Ingredients
Serves :

1 cups grated beetroot
3/4 cups oats(coarsely ground)
1 nos onion finely chopped
1 tsp ginger green chilli paste
1 tsp salt (or yo taste )
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
1/2 cups sesame seeds(for tahini sauce )
2 tbsp curd(for sauce)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Directions
Add grated beetroot in microwave safe bowl and cook cover for 5 mins.
Let it cool for a while.
In a bowl add beetroot, coarsely ground oats and all ingredients Mix well grease your palm with little oil and make equal size of kababs.
Place all kababs on prepared baking tray...And bake for 15 mins from both sides.
Serve hot with tahini sauce, green chutney or with tomato sauce as per ur taste.
For making tahini sauce--. Add all ingredients in a blender jar...And blend till smooth.
