Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
Dissolve yeast and sugar in half cup of warm water and leave it for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Take a large mixing bowl and combine the flours, quinoa, milk powder, salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil and yeast mixture. Mix them together using your hands.
Now gradually add warm water to the mixture until a firm dough would form, the dough should be soft and smooth.
Add some flour in the end if necessary so that dough would not stick to your hands.
Brush the dough with olive oil from top and leave it aside for 30 min to rise in an air tight container.
Then again stretch and knead the dough to make it more flexible.
After that spread the dough in circular shape for that purpose you may take a large pizza pan.
Sprinkle capsicum, oregano, rosemary, parsley, onion, garlic and parmesan cheese on top. Place it into a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until it becomes light golden in colour.
Let it cool for about half an hour on a wire rack or a plate with holes or a strainer, before slicing.
Its ready to serve.
