Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 tbsp oats (powdered)

  • 1 sapota/ mud apple / chikoo (puree)

  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour/ wheat flour

  • 1,1/2 tbsp sugar or as per taste

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 1 tbsp curd/milk

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence

  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

    First dry roast the oats for few minutes on low to medium heat.let it cool a bit and then grind into a powder.

    Peel sapota/chikoo and remove seeds and blend it to make puree.

    Now in a mug add all dry ingredients and mix well.

  • 04

    Now add all wet ingredients and mix well.

  • 05

    Add chocolate chips.mix well again and keep in microwave for 3 mins.(in micro mode)

  • 06

    Oats sapota mug cake is ready.garnish with chocolate syrup and chocolate chips.
