Ingredients

  • oats (powdered) 2 tbsp

  • sapota/ mud apple / chikoo (puree) 1 nos

  • all purpose flour/ wheat flour 1 tbsp

  • sugar or as per taste 1 1/2 tbsp

  • baking powder 1/4 tsp

  • baking soda 1 pinch

  • curd/milk 1 tbsp

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • milk 2 tbsp

  • vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

  • chocolate chips (optional) 1 tbsp

Directions

    First dry roast the oats for few minutes on low to medium heat.let it cool a bit and then grind into a powder.

    Peel sapota/chikoo and remove seeds and blend it to make puree.

    Now in a mug add all dry ingredients and mix well.

  • 04

    Now add all wet ingredients and mix well.

  • 05

    Add chocolate chips.mix well again and keep in microwave for 3 mins.(in micro mode)

  • 06

    Oats sapota mug cake is ready.garnish with chocolate syrup and chocolate chips.
